  • Juvenile Crimes Juvenile crimes are unlawful acts committed by an individual who is a minor. Some people assume that a crime committed by a person who is less than 18 years old will not be treated the same as one committed by an adult. This is not always the case. Juvenile crime is taken very seriously by Nevada courts. If the minor is almost 18, the prosecutor may charge the individual as an adult. Your child is subject to numerous penalties if they are found guilty. These can include fines, community service or probation.
